How long does it take to see results?
Our programming under the infrared heat will accelerate your results. We promise if you’re consistent, they will come and it's worth it.

What sets you apart from other gyms?
We are the FIRST and ONLY gym fully heated with infrared heat technology. You will warm up faster, burn more calories, release toxins, recover quicker and get glowing skin all while also getting you in the best shape of your life. Why would you spend your hour anywhere else?
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 4-5 a week consistently. If you are new to heated workouts, it will take a few classes to get acclimated, but soon enough you will be chasing that sweat!
What should I wear and bring with me?
Wear lightweight, moisture-wicking workout clothing. You will sweat. We recommend dedicating a pair of lightweight athletic shoes for the gym only. You may want a headband or wristbands to absorb sweat. Bring a water bottle. We have a filtered bottle filler and towels available at the gym. Do not bring more than you need. We are not responsible for your belongings. We have lockers, but we do not provide locks. We do not allow personal belongings in the gym area during class.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have a modification that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve your strength and overall fitness. We move you toward your goals. If you have any medical conditions you must consult with your doctor before joining our gym. If we are made aware of any medical condition we will ask for clearance from your treating physician.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We accept cash payments. We do not accept personal checks.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on weightlifting. This will include dumbbell and barbell work, lifts like squatting, pressing, deadlifting etc. or bodyweight strength exercises. After the strength portion of the class is complete we will typically move into a conditioning workout that was programmed for that specific day and finish with cardio intervals or core work.
What are your policies?
You must arrive on time. You must cancel your reservation within 4 hours of the class start or you will be charged a late cancelation fee. You cannot bring personal belongings into the gym space. Please wear deodorant and practice proper hygiene. We do not offer refunds. Class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. You must keep a working credit card on file. If you wish to cancel your membership you must contact us via email 14 days prior to your renewal. You must consult with your doctor before attending class if you have any medical conditions. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone.
